Jutta is a specialist in all areas of Revenue Management, Pricing & Distribution, as well as Change Management in the hospitality industry. She is a pioneer in planning and implementing E-learning strategies. She conducts learning needs analysis before developing and delivering learning content.

Her most recent assignment was as Head of Change Management at Hilton Hotels. She lead the production of E-learning courses for Hilton’s OnQ solution and engaged General Managers worldwide in this key business project.

Jutta runs her own Revenue Management and E-learning company and also undertakes independent consulting assignments. Her clients include a number of the Leading Hotels of the World, as well as companies in Distribution, E-learning, Catering and Telecom industry. Prior to setting up her own company, Jutta was the Revenue Development Director at Le Meridien hotels. She has also worked for Four Seasons, Intercontinental Hotels and Six Senses.
